Venezuelan ANC to Approve Measures Against Destabilizing Politicians
Caracas, Nov 7 (Prensa Latina) Julio Chávez, member of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), affirmed today that the plenipotentiary organ is working for the approval of measures against right-wing politicians linked to acts of destabilization in Venezuela.
In an interview with private channel Venevisión, Chávez indicated that the 545 popular legislators continue their actions to sanction the actions of the right against the stability of the State in its pretensions to overthrow the constitutional government.

The measures will punish those who called for the promotion of acts of extreme violence and foreign military intervention in Venezuela, he said.

The deputy ruled that there will be no impunity for politicians who were part of the planning of these events, which he considered public and notorious.

The ANC approved yesterday the elimination of the parliamentary immunity of the right-wing deputy Freddy Guevara, the main actor of the coup plan that deployed from April to July the self-called Democratic Unity Table (MUD).

In this regard, Chávez explained that the ANC authorized the Supreme Court of Justice to continue the case against Guevara, as well as other opposition leaders, he emphasized.
